Just a little background about us: We are both realtors in the Dallas area with a combined experience of over 22 years (John having most of those years as Phyllis had another career before joining in 2018). Our goal as realtors and as short-term rental/vacation property hosts is to go above and beyond in customer service and always make the needs of our clients and guests our first priority.

We are so excited to share our beachfront condos in Galveston, Texas and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with you. The beach has always been our favorite destination, and we have vacationed on the beach most of our lives together, starting with our honeymoon all those year ago! We believe vacationing is about the full experience you receive, not just a place to sleep when visiting! And that is why we spared no expense to make your stay a memorable one!
In furnishing our beach condos, we strive to provide everything you might need during your stay. Having traveled to many beach destinations, we know the importance of walking in to a tastefully decorated and well-appointed property. It is our sincere desire to create an experience that you will never forget and that you will want to repeat.
You can rest assured that our condos are sparkling clean and are well maintained. We have a great team of local housekeeping and maintenance professionals on hand that are dedicated to their craft and love our condos as much as we do.
